Product Description

The KAIDELI KCWS Series is a range of single-system shell-and-tube water-cooled condensers designed for commercial and industrial refrigeration applications. The models listed on this page cover reference compressor sizes from 3 HP to 80 HP and nominal heat-exchange capacities from 8.3 kW to 176.9 kW.

The condenser uses double-side enhanced high-efficiency copper heat-transfer tubes with a dedicated internal tooth profile developed for the Kaidi condenser range. This construction increases the effective heat-transfer area and supports compact equipment dimensions while maintaining the required heat rejection.

The J-series configuration incorporates an integrated liquid-collection chamber to buffer refrigerant-level fluctuations and provide stable liquid refrigerant delivery to the system. The water inlet and outlet are arranged on opposite sides for convenient field piping.

Multi-groove sealing between the tube sheet and heat-transfer tubes helps reduce leakage risk. Drain ports on the end covers allow the water side to be drained when the condenser is exposed to low ambient temperatures.

The KCWS Series is designed, manufactured and inspected according to GB 150.1–150.4-2011, GB 151-2014 and NB/T 47012-2020. The series is suitable for R134a, R404A, R507, R407C and R22 applications, subject to confirmation of the complete refrigeration-system design and operating conditions.
