PIR Cold Room Panels | 50–200 mm Insulated Sandwich Panels
Description
Our PIR Cold Room Panels combine a polyisocyanurate insulation core with steel facings to form insulated sandwich panels for refrigerated storage construction. Available in 50, 75, 100, 120, 150 and 200 mm thicknesses, the panels help reduce heat transfer through the cold room enclosure.
Manufactured on a continuous production line, the panels feature tongue-and-groove joints for alignment during assembly. A 1120 mm effective coverage width supports panel layout planning, while lengths of up to 16 metres accommodate different project dimensions.
Choose color-coated steel or stainless steel facings to suit your installation requirements. OEM and ODM services are available for project-specific specifications.
Key Features
-
PIR Insulation Core
Polyisocyanurate insulation helps limit heat transfer through the panel and supports temperature control within the completed cold room. -
Six Panel Thickness Options
Available in 50, 75, 100, 120, 150 and 200 mm thicknesses to match different project specifications. -
Continuous-Line Production
Manufactured using a continuous production process for insulated sandwich panel construction. -
Tongue-and-Groove Joints
Interlocking panel edges assist alignment and connection during installation. -
1120 mm Effective Width
A standard coverage width helps simplify panel quantity calculations and installation layout. -
Panel Lengths up to 16 m
Specify the required lengths to suit your project layout, handling arrangements and delivery requirements. -
Choice of Steel Facings
Color-coated steel and stainless steel surface options are available, with a specified sheet thickness range of 0.3–0.5 mm. -
OEM and ODM Services
Project requirements can be reviewed during quotation and specification confirmation.

Panel Selection and Project Planning
Choose the panel thickness according to the required internal temperature, surrounding conditions and insulation specification. Surface material and steel sheet thickness should also be matched to the installation environment and project requirements.
Use the 1120 mm effective coverage width when planning panel quantities. Prepare a layout showing panel lengths, corners, door openings and service penetrations so the panel schedule can be reviewed before production.
Completed cold room performance depends on the panel specification, joint sealing, installation details and the overall enclosure design.
