Description

Our PU Cold Room Panels combine a polyurethane insulation core with steel facings to form insulated sandwich panels for walk-in coolers, freezers and commercial cold storage rooms. The insulation core helps reduce heat transfer through the enclosure and supports temperature control within the completed cold room.

Manufactured on a continuous production line, the panels are available in 50, 75, 100, 120, 150 and 200 mm thicknesses. Their tongue-and-groove joints assist panel alignment and connection during installation.

Choose color-coated steel or stainless steel facings, with a specified steel sheet thickness range of 0.3–0.5 mm, to match your project requirements. OEM and ODM services are available for project-specific specifications.

Panel Selection and Project Planning

Select the panel thickness according to the required internal temperature, surrounding conditions and insulation specification. Surface material and steel sheet thickness should also be matched to the installation environment.

Provide a panel layout or cold room drawing showing the required dimensions, corners, door openings and service penetrations. Panel dimensions, quantities and installation details can then be reviewed as part of the project specification.

The performance of the completed cold room depends on the selected panels, joint sealing, installation details and overall enclosure design.
