The Frascold S Series comprises four-cylinder semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors designed for commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.

The available models on this page cover volumetric displacements from 41.3 to 56.0 m³/h at 50 Hz and nominal motor ratings from 8 to 20 HP. Different motor versions are available for low-, medium-, and high-temperature refrigeration applications.

The compact cast-iron design, part-winding-start motor, integrated motor protection, and optional capacity-control solutions make the S Series suitable for cold rooms, freezer rooms, food processing, beverage cooling, ice machines, and other refrigeration installations.

Available Models and Performance Data

Motor Version 1 is intended primarily for medium- and high-temperature applications. Motor Version 2 is intended primarily for low- and medium-temperature applications. The final operating envelope depends on the selected refrigerant and operating conditions.
