Product Description

The Yili YL range consists of four- and six-cylinder, single-stage semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors designed for commercial and industrial refrigeration applications. This page covers the medium- and low-temperature motor configurations, with nominal motor ratings from 3 HP to 40 HP.

The serviceable semi-hermetic construction is suitable for cold-room systems, condensing units and other professional refrigeration equipment. The compressor range features an efficient suction and discharge valve-plate assembly, reduced clearance volume and wear-resistant transmission components to support stable operation with low vibration and noise.

Lubrication systems, protection devices and supplied accessories vary according to the compressor frame and ordered configuration. Applicable larger compressor frames use oil-pump forced lubrication.

Electrical Supply

• YL4FC to YL4CC: 220–240 V delta / 380–420 V star, 3-phase, 50 Hz; or 265–290 V delta / 440–480 V star, 3-phase, 60 Hz.
• YL4VCS to YL6F: 380–420 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz; or 440–480 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz.

The exact motor winding connection must be confirmed from the compressor nameplate.
