Product Overview
HONGSEN VAF Series vibration eliminators are designed to reduce compressor vibration transmission in refrigeration and air-conditioning piping systems.
Each assembly uses a SUS316L corrugated metal hose, braided wire sleeve, pipe connectors, clamping rings and copper connection tubes. The flexible construction helps protect suction and discharge piping against vibration-related fatigue while compensating for limited thermal displacement.
According to the HONGSEN product catalogue, the VAF series uses integrated argon-arc welding between the wire sleeve, connector and clamping ring. Furnace brazing is used between the connector and corrugated hose to provide stable joint quality.

Installation Notes
- Install the vibration eliminator as close to the compressor as practical.
- Do not twist the assembly during installation.
- Do not use the vibration eliminator to correct excessive piping misalignment.
- Maintain at least the specified minimum bend radius.
- Support the connected piping independently.
- Protect the corrugated section from excessive brazing heat.
- Confirm that system pressure does not exceed the model’s maximum working pressure.
