VALUE VBT Manual Lever Tube Benders

Choose a dedicated tube bender for the sizes you work with most. The VALUE VBT range provides manual bending from 0° to 180°, with model-specific forming wheels for selected imperial and metric tubing.

Double rollers help reduce friction as the tube moves around the forming wheel, while visible angle markings support controlled positioning. The range includes VBT-1, VBT-1A, VBT-2, VBT-2A, VBT-3, VBT-4 and VBT-5.

Tubing Compatibility

The manufacturer specifies soft tubing, thin-wall copper tubing and suitably annealed hard tubing. Tube material, temper and wall thickness affect bending suitability; confirm these before selecting the tool.

Choosing the Correct Model

Select by tube outside diameter, then check the required bend radius and working clearance.

VBT-1 and VBT-1A are separate 3/8" and 10 mm models. VBT-2 and VBT-2A are separate 1/2" and 12 mm models. For larger tubing, choose the corresponding VBT-3, VBT-4 or VBT-5.

Allow enough room for the handles to travel through the required bending angle.
